Often will will offer hatching eggs from our silkies, polish, and large fowl flocks. Due to the nature of live embryo products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Hatching Egg Disclaimer

 

By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge and agree:

    •    We do not guarantee hatch rates.

    •    Hatch success depends on many factors beyond our control, including:

    •    Incubation methods

    •    Temperature and humidity control

    •    Handling during shipping

    •    Buyer experience

 

We ensure that all eggs are collected fresh, stored properly, and shipped with care, but once they leave our possession, we cannot guarantee viability.

 

3. Shipping Policy

    •    Orders are shipped in the order they are received unless otherwise stated.

    •    Eggs are packaged securely to minimize damage during transit.

    •    We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Important: Rough handling during shipping can affect hatch rates.

 

4. No Returns or Refunds

 

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of hatching eggs:

    •    All sales are final.

    •    We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    •    Poor hatch rates

    •    Infertility claims

    •    Shipping damage

 

5. Order Issues

 

If your order arrives severely damaged, you must:

    •    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    •    Provide clear photos of:

    •    Packaging

    •    Damaged eggs

 

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial credit.

 

6. Biosecurity & Animal Health

 

Padoos Homestead maintains a healthy flock and follows proper biosecurity practices. However:

    •    We are not responsible for how eggs are handled after delivery.

    •    Buyers assume all responsibility for proper incubation and flock management.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Padoos Homestead shall not be held liable for:

    •    Losses related to unsuccessful hatching

    •    Incubation failures

    •    Any indirect or consequential damages

 

8. Payment Terms

    •    Payment must be made in full before orders are shipped.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
